Returns Policy

VENUE. has a 30-day return/exchange policy on fully priced items, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request either store credit to the value of the item/items or an exchange, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

(Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.)
Our online team takes all precautions when selecting, assessing & packaging your order before it is posted. In the unlikely event the item you receive is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, ensure to contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the situation and rectify the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt/proof of purchase which must be included with the return.
The customer assumes all return shipping costs as well as any freight related to an exchange.
Please keep in mind that any item/items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
